Digital Signage Requirements
Please review these requirements to ensure your ad can be displayed. If the requirements are not meet you will be asked to make corections before your PSA is posted.
- Eligibility:
You must represent an NMSU department or a chartered NMSU student organization.
- Submission Timeline:
Submit your request at least two weeks in advance. This allows time for design review, scheduling, and any needed revisions.
- Display Duration:
Ads can run for a maximum of 14 days (two weeks).
To extend your campaign, submit a new request with updated artwork.
- Start and End Times:
Ads go live at 12:00 a.m. on the start date and are removed at 11:59 p.m. on the end date.
- Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels
- File Types Accepted: .jpg, .png, or .mp4 (maximum 15 seconds)
- Eligible Content:
You may promote meetings, events, and announcements that are open to the entire student body. You must follow all content guidelines. - Content Creation:
The Information Technology team does not create ads on behalf of requestors.
- After submitting, requestors are responsible for monitoring the status of their request.
- If clarification is needed, please respond within five (5) days.
- Requests without a response after five days will be cancelled.
Note: Submissions from student organizations require prior approval from Student Involvement and Leadership Programs before a digital signage request is made.
